"Easy Parking If You Go Early"
We visited Blue Planet Aquarium last weekend, the parking was better than I expected. We got there earlier in the day and managed to find a space without circling around for ages, which was a huge relief with the kids already getting restless in the car. By the time we were leaving later on, it definitely looked busier, so I’d say arriving early makes a difference. No major complaints overall, though the signs could be a bit clearer

"Nice enough day out, but a bit too crowded"
We went to Blue Planet Aquarium at the weekend and it was... okay. The kids enjoyed it, which is the main thing, but it felt really packed in places. A few of the tanks were hard to actually see because people were standing there for ages, and some of the walkways got tight. Not a bad day out overall, just felt like they could manage the numbers a bit better... maybe space the timed slots out more

"Worth it overall, but not perfect"
I’d say it was worth it in the end and I did have a nice day, but there were definitely a few little things that could’ve been better. Nothing totally ruined the experience, thankfully, but I did notice the downsides more than I expected. Still, overall I’m glad I went.

"Busy but handled really well"
It was busy when I got there, but the line was managed really well. I usually trust my instinct when a place looks crowded, and I figured it might be a long wait, but it actually moved fast and I didn’t wait long at all.

"Friendly staff and a really relaxed visit"
The staff were genuinely super friendly and easy to talk to. We had a few little questions, and they answered everything without making us feel like we needed to hurry along, which I really appreciated. Even the small things stood out, like how patient they were while we double-checked a couple details. Overall, it was a really nice, comfortable visit.

We visited Blue Planet Aquarium with the family and had a lovely time! The whole place felt clean and well looked after, and the tanks were in great condition, which really made the experience enjoyable. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells either, which is always a big plus at places like this. The toilets were decent too, just a little busy when we went. A few areas could probably do with a quick tidy-up during peak times, but it didn’t take away from the day at all. Overall, it was a really nice and clean place to spend time with the family!

"The Sharks Were a Hit"
I don’t really get what there is to complain about, my kids absolutely loved the sharks. They were excited the whole time and kept talking about them afterward, so for us it was definitely worth it.

I checked Blue Planet Aquarium before we went so we could plan around the feeding talks. The times were easy to find and pretty much matched what happened on the day, which was helpful. I think I expected it to feel a bit more relaxed though, and it was definitely busier around the tanks than I’d imagined. The talks themselves were fun, and the staff explained everything in a really simple, easy-to-follow way, so the kids were totally into it. I just missed a few bits because it got crowded and we couldn’t always hear properly. Still a really nice day out overall.

"Membership Paid Off Quickly"
I grabbed the membership it’s worth it if you know you’ll be going more than once or twice. The pricing felt fair, and signing up was simple enough. I do think the perks could be explained a little better on the site since I had to click around to figure everything out, but overall it’s been a solid deal. I’ve already saved money, so I’m happy with it.

"The visit was okay overall, but the toilets…"
The visit was okay overall, but the toilets definitely needed more cleaning. It’s frustrating when places seem to rely on automated systems for everything instead of having an actual person check the bathrooms regularly. A little more attention there would make a big difference.

"Not really worth it??"

I booked our tickets through Blue Planet Aquarium the pricing was really easy to understand. I liked that the adult and child tickets were shown clearly without having to click around loads of pages. We chose the family option in the end, and it felt fair for a day out. It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for an aquarium, I thought it was better value than I expected. The checkout was quick, the tickets arrived fine, and there weren’t any sneaky extra costs at the end, which always leaves a much better impression.

"Nice Visit, But the Gift Shop Prices Need Attention"
We had a nice visit overall and enjoyed the experience, but the gift shop prices were way too high. I understand souvenirs can be a little pricey, but some of the items felt really overpriced for what they were. It was disappointing enough that I’d suggest management take a closer look, because it left a bit of a bad impression at the end of an otherwise pleasant trip...
